Democratic Green Party of Rwanda’s candidate Frank Habineza has been impressed by the crowd that welcomed him as he stepped up his rally in Muhanga on Thursday, the turn up he rates the biggest ever in the campaign now that he was rallying the campaign at his home place.
Habineza held the Day Seven rally at Nyarusange Sector’s gates where residents from different corners of the district came to cheerand support him in big numbers, something which lead Habineza go down for celebration dancing with residents of all generations including youth, children and adults.
Habineza promised improved education to Rwandan community, increasing public servants’ minimum wages, especially nurses, teachers and as well as military and police security departments.
He also vowed to build them residential houses for teachers and military personnel and aims at cutting down taxes, especially Value Added Taxes (VAT) from 18 to 15 % to facilitate the feasibility of businesses among traders in the country.
He added that, once elected, youth will be facilitated to find jobs and train them how to create jobs for a better socio-economic welfare.
Concerning progress health sector, Habineza said he will put efforts in building a medical factory in the country that will serve to supply medicine made in Rwanda, so people access health at an affordable and simple manner.
He also ensured people in the district of his birth that food security will among top priorities once elected.
Habineza will continue his election campaign rally today in both Ruhango and Gisagara Districts in Southern Province
