The National Commission for the Fight against Genocide (CNLG) human resources specialist, Ntagengerwa Vestine has been in police custody accused of paying salaries to fictitious employees for the purpose of illicitly get money.
It was said she has been paying around five phony employees. One of them cost Rwf 235,000 and sent to one of her child bank account and the remaining money transferred to forged accounts.
She was said to have been playing such business for five years but the concerns are how a single person can run the process without help from her bosses who actually approve paying process.
The Executive Secretary of the National Commission for the Fight against Genocide, Dr. Jean Damascène Bizimana talking to Bwiza.com, said that he has not detailed information about the case.
“I have not detailed information to provide now, may be later I should have enough information or else you should contact police”, He said laughing.
