Rwandan president did not mention the name ‘Burundi’ but referring to the recent Burundian demonstration committed against Rwanda and its incumbent president Paul Kagame, you may assume that he was warning Burundians yesterday when addressing more than 2,000 university students ending up one week civic education trainings.
Since Burundi crisis erupted after president Nkurunziza announced third term bid, Rwanda has been considered the fore front supporters of CNDD-FDD ruling party opponent and protestors spent much time denouncing Rwanda and France for their indirect involvement in Burundian feuds.
The released statement by ministry of internal security on 6th August 2016 highly accused Rwanda and His Excellent Paul Kagame to liaise with France on the decisions of sending UN police officers to Burundi, military refugee’s recruitment and recent expressions of CNDD-FDD youth ‘Imbonerakure’ said they would menace Kagame.
In his expression, Kagame said he does not care about any abroad insult; only the cross-borders will be his concern to maintain the country security and progress.

“Let me give you a popular example, I saw in newspapers and Televisions; people approach our borders and insult even Rwandan president; whatever insult cannot make me feel upset”.
He added, “I will let you and get busy with my concerns in Rwanda but whoever want to intrude my sovereignty_is what I was saying_there is no second option. Anyway, those who camp around the border only to scream and insult; they really know that they cannot try to cross border”.
Burundi has been accusing Paul kagame to accommodate Burundian democracy denials and provided them with enough military training to be stirred in ongoing attacking plans, baseless allegations with no proofs according to Rwanda officials.
