President Kagame chairs African Union

President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame has started to chair African Union, AU since January, 1st 2018.

Paul Kagame, 60, is a chairman RPF-Inkotanyi since 1990 liberation war and he is intimate friend to President of Uganda, Yoweli Museveni with whom together they fought guerrilla war in Uganda.

He is famous when it comes to struggle of good governance, public finances management and the protection of his country’s security and the world as whole.

According to Afrique Monde, President Kagame has achieved this after AU summit held at Kigali in July, 2016 whereby he vividly contributed in the way of how African Union can operate specifically financial Management based on former African Development Bank Chairman, Donald Kaberuka experiences.
