President of the Republic Paul Kagame, today officially inaugurates the two buildings in Kigali of both foreign and Rwandan investors.
Kigali Heights cost Rwf 30bn for its fulfillment, located at Gasabo District across the popular Kigali Convention centre. It contains offices to host around 1500 people and car parking worthy accommodating nearly 300 cars.
Kigali Heights started its building activities in 2014 and now it accommodates Pharmacies, Banks, shops and other businesses.
The Champion Investment Corporation Complex (CHIC) Located in the outskirts of the Central Business District (CBD) in Nyarugenge District, CHIC is a joint partnership of private players, who pulled resources to put up the complex that has 1,500 rooms.
The CHIC complex comes at the opportune time, since the City of Kigali is due to demolish the old and substandard Quartier Matheus structures in a bid to revamp the Central Business District.
