The Republic of Rwanda and the government of Sao Tome and Principe signed memorandum of understanding aims at perking up bilateral cooperation in terms of empowering African union and tourism, security and aerial transport.
The event took place in the capital of Sao Tome, both Rwanda and Sao Tome Principe foreign affair ministers; Louise Mushikiwabo for Rwanda and Urbino Btelho for Sao Tome signed cooperation agreement.
Minister Louise Mushikiwabo hails the signed MOU which would be later on expanded to free movement between the two countries.

The visit of Louise Mushikiwabo is a reciprocal of last week visit of Sao Tome and Principe prime Minister Patrice Trovoada who was received by His Excellency Paul Kagame.
