The Prime suspect in the murder of singer Moses Ssekibogo aka Mowzey Radio appeared before a court in Entebbe yesterday and got remanded.
Godfrey Wamala, better known as Troy was arrested by police last week. He is said to have grabbed the singer, following an alteration at the now closed De Bar in Entebbe and slammed him into the ground.
Singer Radio passed on last Thursday February First at Case Hospital in Kampala, following operations on his head.
Wamala, a resident of Nsangi in Kyengera, is expected to be charged with Murder, an upgrade from Grievous Harm, which he faced initially when the singer was still hospitalized,Chimpreports has revealed
He is appearing before Entebbe Chief Magistrate Mary Keitesi Lukwago.
The Chief magistrates however,did not allow to take plea since the charges against him are capital in nature and can only be tried in high court.
Troy has been sent on remand until Feb 26, 2018 after the resident state Attorney,Julius Muhiirwe informed court that police investigations are not incomplete.
