Two Rwandans arrested in Uganda for cold blood murder
Police in Kisoro District,Uganda are holding behind bar two Rwandans namely Enock Mushengezi, 30, and Dusengimana Fotunatusi, 32, alleged to have cold blood killed Samuel Safari,42 in Nyabiyonga Village on Friday night.

Kigezi Regional police spokesperson, Elly Maate says the two are alleged to have beaten the deceased for yet to established reasons
Maate says that the body of the deceased was discovered on Saturday morning at Chibumba trading centre adding that police are gathering evidence and will be arraigning the suspects in court to answer to murder charges.
Mulora sub county LCIII chairperson, Hadard Nkunzimana, regretted the incident in his area and noted that security remains a big challenge especially at night because locals have insisted on drinking alcohol until late in the night
It is alleged both susopects are from former Cyabingo in Gakenke District,Northern Rwanda. These have been working as causal laborers in Kisoro.
